
HYUNDAI KONA EV TOP GEAR DPS
Following the success of my first advertorial, we were commissioned once again by Hyundai GMBH to create another campaign. Working with DCT8 I was tasked with designing a two-page advertorial spread for the launch of the new Hyundai Kona Electric and the Ionity system, to be featured in the iconic BBC Top Gear Magazine. As with the previous project, I created five different versions tailored to five EU regions.
For this project, I created a bespoke digital illustration of the Hyundai Kona EV, which became the focal point of the spread. In addition, I crafted a selection of accompanying illustrations to highlight our “9 Reasons to Switch to Electric.” Aside from print, these assets were used by the BBC across their social channels and on a standalone microsite, and Hyundai then utilised them in various global media campaigns.
